The Mayor and Village Board of Trustees are the Village of Tuxedo Park’s governing body, elected by residents to serve the community in that capacity on a volunteer basis. The Mayor and Trustees serve two-year terms.

The Mayor presides over meetings of the Village Board. Together, the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees are the legislative body and the community's policymakers. They perform such duties as reviewing and approving the annual budget, reviewing and adopting local laws and regulations, authorizing significant projects and associated contracts, and more. Residents and other community members are strongly encouraged to participate in community meetings to help shape the many important decisions made by the Village Board.

The Board of Trustees meets once a month on the third Thursday of the month at 7pm.  All meetings are held at Village Hall, 80 Lorillard Road, and are broadcast via Zoom.  Zoom instructions are posted on the website in advance of the meetings.
