Relocate DPW & Village Office Outside Village Boundaries

In early August, we identified a Town-owned property they may consider selling to the Village to relocate the DPW, Village Office, storage units, and a permanent north gate. Councilwoman Michele Lindsay and the Mayor reviewed the property. The property is west of the sewer treatment plant and borders the first house accessed from Warwick Brook Rd. If we relocate the office, we will sell the current Pond No.: 3 for a new home and the DPW's area for the same purpose unless a potential homeowner offered to purchase the entire peninsula. As fiduciaries, the Trustees would consider a proposal.
