About Village Clerk/Treasurer
The Village Clerk is normally the first point of contact for residents and businesses. The Village Clerk’s main function is to handle the overall administration of Village policies and financial control.
The Village Clerk collects property taxes, collects water and sewer bills, and administers Village finances against the annual budget.
The Code Enforcement Office is also located within the Village Office, which enforces the NYS Fire Prevention and Building Code and the Village of Tuxedo Park Code.
The Village Justice Court and Village Hall are located in the Village Office.
