Village Justice Court
Overview
The Justice Courts have jurisdiction over various matters, including vehicle and traffic matters, small claims, evictions, civil matters, and criminal offenses. Please be advised that payments for traffic violations must be made with a money order or with cash. Cash payments can only be accepted by the Justice Court Clerk.
