Village Election

Held at the Village Hall.

Summary of dates:

Monday, February 17th:  First day absentee ballot applications can be accepted.

Tuesday, April 1:  First day that individuals may sign independent nominating petitions.

Tuesday, May 6:  First day to file an independent nominating petition.

Tuesday, May 13:  Last day to file an independent nominating petition.

Wednesday, May 14:  Last day to file written objections to independent nominating petitions.

Friday, May 16:  Last day to fle a certificate of acceptance or declination of an independent nominating petition.

Sunday, June 1:  Last day to file a petition to cause a permissive referendum to appear on the general election ballot.

Friday, June 6:  Last day individuals may register with the County Board of Elections to ensure voter eligibility in the Village Election.

Tuesday, June 10:  Last day to receive applications for absentee ballots to be mailed to qualified voters.

Wednesday, June 11:  Last day to mail an absentee ballot to qualified voters.

Monday, June 16:  Last day to receive personal applications for an absentee ballot from applicant or applicant's agent.

Tuesday, June 17:  Election Day!  Poll is open from 6am to 9pm.
