Pet Regulations
New York State requires all dogs over four months of age to be licensed. To obtain this license, owners must provide proof of current rabies vaccination and proof of the dog being spayed or neutered (only if applicable). Owners must meet additional criteria in the City if your dog is a guard or service dog.
Tuxedo Park does not have a leash law; however, we encourage you to have your dog on a leash when you leave your property.
