Bond & Debt Planning
This project aims to examine, analyze, plan, and improve the Bond & Debt Planning for the Village taxpayer and maximize the financial planning capacity of the Board. Our current goal is to evaluate re-financing and strategic long-term financial plans for the Village. Including improving the S&P Global rating currently at "AA" - Stable Outlook, recently improved from a "AA-" rating.
