Design Guidelines Update

This project aims to build on the original chapters in the Village of Tuxedo Park Design Guidelines to improve the application approval process. Building on the original Guidelines means incorporating new materials and new technologies that are acceptable to the Boards and making clear what the Guidelines expectations are for the resident and their design team of planners, architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and contractors.
