Advisory for Attendees of this Evening's Meeting

We would like to inform all attendees of this evening's meeting about a schedule adjustment. The agenda states that an Executive Session will immediately follow the Board roll call and is anticipated to last until approximately 8:00 pm. Therefore, we kindly request that you adjust your plans accordingly and aim to arrive at or around the time when the board reconvenes the public meeting after the Executive Session.
