Board Workshop on the Tentative Budget

Tomorrow, the Board of Trustees holds a Budget Workshop at noon at the Village Hall. You may join us in person or via Zoom.
Because it is a Workshop, there will be no public comment; however, the benefit of attending is that you can observe our discussions and debates.
The Board will schedule a Public Hearing on the Budget for the following week. The Hearing is the optimum time for you to participate during the comment period.
I was honored at Tuesday's meeting when Trustee Paul Brooke proposed a $35,000 Executive Salary for the Mayor. Most Trustees support this action and did not request compensation for themselves in the coming fiscal year.
The Village received its Fiscal & Environmental Stress Scores today from the NYS Comptroller. The results are terrific:
