Gatehouse Opens Earlier Than Expected

As a welcome surprise, the vendors were able to install the needed equipment to operate the booth.

There will be glitches, but this is a big step toward community policing and a new level of security for the community.

Last night returning from a short vacation Robin and I were greeted at the gatehouse by Officer Bonkowski with a smile, and it made us feel happy and safe.

I want to thank everyone involved in recent weeks, including Jeff Voss, the DPW team, and John Ledwith. We could not have realized the gatehouse project without their hard work and dedication to their jobs.
