Lodge Front Lawn Project Report

The DPW continues to progress, restoring the front lawn of the Lodge designed by architect Bruce Price.

We completed clearing the debris overcrowding the August Brook and under the stone archway (yes, some of you are seeing the stream for the first time!), mulch under the trees, including the American Beech tree planted in 2016 by Arbor Day winners Dena Steel and Houston Stebbins. We will plant some perennials tomorrow as "placeholders" in the new garden bed until the Garden Club takes over this October. Thank you for your numerous compliments!
