Town Public Hearing - Tuxedo Farms Project

Thursday, June 23 at 7 pm - Please see the attached notice for a Public Hearing to be held on Thursday, June 23 at 7 pm to hear comments on Introductory Local Law #4 of 2022.

This Local Law continues to grandfather the Tuxedo Farms Project under preexisting zoning regulations for Planned Integrated Developments in the Town of Tuxedo subject to specified development thresholds. The Town Public Hearing will be held in the George Grant Mason Elementary School Multipurpose Room at 11 Hillside Ave. Please note this will follow an already scheduled Public Hearing starting at 6 pm. A copy of the proposed law is attached.
